Solid choice for comfort and convenience

My executive lounge access offered excellent views. The evening cocktail buffet and drinks were substantial. I found the ice cream bar a good perk. The staff on the 37th floor provided top quality service. The Maranouchi line access was convenient, especially when it rained.
The walk to the Maranouchi line was a bit long, though it was helpful in bad weather. It would be nice to have it closer.

The room featured complimentary beverages, including beer and soda in the refrigerator. I found water pressure in the shower really good. The room was clean and well maintained, which I found important.

The breakfast buffet offered many options with both Japanese and Western choices. The made to order egg and omelette station was a real standout. I could see Mount Fuji one morning from the Executive Lounge.

The hotel had access to the Marunouchi and Oedo lines underground. A free shuttle runs between the hotel and Shinjuku station. This provided convenient transportation and made the exploration easier.
